The annual international conference is the ICA Conference on Digital Approaches to Cartographic Heritage orgnanised since 2006 in the frame of the relevant ICA Commission held so far in: Thessaloniki (2006), Athens (2007), Barcelona (2008), Venice (2009), Vienna (2010), The Hague (2011), Barcelona (2012), Rome (2013), Budapest (2014), Corfu (2015), Riga (2016), Venice (2017), Madrid (2018), Thessaloniki (2019). The 15th conference held online from Budapest (2021) due to Covid-19.

The biannual national conference is the National Cartographic Conference organised by the Hellenic Cartographic Society since its foundation in 1994. The national conference was annual from 1994 to 1998 and biannual since then held in various cities of Greece: Kalamaria/Thessaloniki (1994), Volos (1995), Kalamata (1996), Kastoria (1997), Thessaloniki (1998), Athens (2000), Mytilene (2002), Thessaloniki (2004), Chania (2006), Ioannina (2008), Nafplio (2010), Kozani (2012), Patras (2014), Thessaloniki (2016), Thessaloniki (2018); the 2020 conference was postponed due to Covid-19.
