Exhibitions


Two exhibitions are organised in association with the Conference: the one at the Museum of Byzantine Culture with selected Satirical Maps (mainly from 19th to early 20th cent.) from the private collection of Prof. Panayotis N. Soucacos, and the second at the Central Library of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), with maps of the naval campaign of Louis XIV at the Aegean Archipelago (1675-1687), a cooperation between the AUTH Central Library and the AUTH CartoGeoLab with the General Consulate of France in Thessaloniki.
